2.  Where do your products ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse in New Zealand. We aim to deliver your gifts as quickly and carefully as possible.

3. Do you offer free shipping within New Zealand?

Yes! We offerfree standard shipping within NZ on orders $69 and above.For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee will apply.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes1–3 business dayswithin New Zealand. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we ship to New Zealand, Australia and US. However, we are looking into expanding internationally more in the near future.

6. Can I include a gift note with my order?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message at checkout or email us at hello@nurturingspirit.co.nz, and we’ll include a handwritten note in your package—just like we’d send to a loved one.

7. What if I’m not happy with my order?
